I sent one item back and yeah, I did get my refund in the end, so that part was fine. It just took longer than I figured it would. Support did answer me, but not exactly quick, more like after a bit of waiting around. So overall, not a bad experience, just kind of slow and a little clunky

The box arrived all smashed, and at first I figured it was just a little rough from shipping, actually, no, the packaging was ripped up and dirty too. Not a great first impression

The color was pretty much exactly what I expected from the pictures. I actually mentioned it to a friend because it’s always nice when something shows up looking like it did online.

I ordered a medium, but honestly... it fit more like a small on me. I kept thinking maybe it was just the cut, but no, it was definitely too tight. Ended up returning it, and the return process was kind of annoying, which didn’t help.

Some parts of the description were accurate. The details, mostly. But the sizing felt a little off to me. Not a huge deal, just not quite what I expected...

I found what I was looking for quickly, so I don’t really get the complaints about stuff being hard to find. One color was out of stock, but that’s not exactly a huge deal. Overall, the store seemed well stocked and it was easy enough to get in and out.

I went on Modishus assuming it’d be a straightforward shopping experience, but the site got annoying fast. Pages were loading strangely, the filters didn’t seem to do what I expected, and even finding basic product info felt like way more work than it should’ve been. After a few minutes, I just figured ordering from there would probably be a hassle too, so I gave up. Not a great experience.

I appreciated that the prices were shown upfront, so there weren’t any unexpected charges when I checked out

I did get it exchanged in the end, but the whole process took longer than I expected. Nothing major went wrong, but something about the timing and follow-up just felt a bit off...

I’m regretting ordering at this point. The delivery never showed up, and the tracking just stopped updating completely. I kept waiting and checking for some kind of progress, but nothing changed.

I only poked around the site and didn’t actually buy anything, but the overall look kind of threw me off. Some of the pages felt a bit crowded, and the product photos didn’t all seem to match, if that makes sense...
It’s not awful or anything, just not really my taste. The styles felt a little all over the place, and I couldn’t totally figure out what the brand was trying to be. Maybe with a cleaner layout...

I don’t get the pricing here. You’re paying fancy-product money for what feels like the “cheap stuff in a shiny wrapper” special. Definitely not worth it in my opinion.

I ordered from modishus.com and the shipping was okay, just slower than I expected. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but it definitely didn’t feel quick. The tracking updated late a couple times, so I had no idea where my package actually was. I also felt like when I tried to check in, nobody really read my message or cared to give a real update. The item did arrive in good condition in the end, but I wish the delivery had been faster and the communication was better.

I only placed an order because there was this promo banner saying I’d get a big discount at checkout, but then the code just kept failing every time I tried it and I refreshed and entered it again and still the price didn’t change, so it felt like there wasn’t much point to the whole deal.
Customer support got back to me with a really basic response that didn’t actually fix anything, and the sale prices seemed to change after I put items in my cart which made the whole thing feel even more frustrating, not a great first order and I probably wouldn’t bother ordering again

The checkout page just felt a little sketchy to me. Maybe it was nothing, but common sense says if you’re not comfortable entering your card info, don’t do it. I backed out and bought from somewhere else.

I ordered a couple of things from modishus.com, the quality was better than I expected. I was feeling mentally drained when I placed the order, so I didn’t overthink it too much, but the fabric feels nice and the stitching looks decent, not cheap like I was worried it might be. One of the pieces fit a little differently than I expected, but it’s still wearable. For the price, I’m happy with it overall. I’d probably order again, just need to pay closer attention to the sizing next time.

I had a question about my order, so I reached out to customer service and felt a bit unsure at first. They replied the same day, which made me feel a lot better, and they were helpful throughout. It did take a little time to get everything fully sorted, but they answered my questions clearly and didn’t make it complicated. Overall, I felt taken care of, just not a completely perfect experience, so I’d give it 4 stars
